you can imagine the meeting,,

“So, how do we get the cables across?”

“Ok. we've got two options:
a) We send one cable across and spool them back and forth on pulleys
or
b) Strap em to rockets”

“I think we have our answer ladies and gentlemen”

Seriously. I wish that rockets were a viable solution to the problems I
encounter.
